The Administration settings screen (available through User menu | Settings | General) is divided into 2 tabs, which in turn contain one or more groups of options, as follows:

The complete set of options above is only available to a ‘Manage system settings ’ permission user.
User without the ‘Manage system settings’ permission has access to ‘User options’ and ‘Change user password’ only.
